If you are in a dryer climate I don’t see why not. I’m in South Florida and I would feel comfortable Doing it. I love this tree.

3 sections. Each lights as you assemble.

Can you provide certificate of fitness for the trees fire treatment?

Nope the tree is packed away. I can tell you the lights do not get very warm.

are the branches sturdy enough to hold heavy ornaments?

Haven’t put the tree up yet butcthey do seem sturdy. I hope so, my ornaments are heavy
