FitBeastBack Roller, Back Wheel Foam Roller - Targeted Muscle Roller for Deep Tissue Massage, Back Stretcher

I’d been suffering from mid-to upper back pain from months of poor posture while working at a low desk. It took a little getting used to, but once I got the hang of using the wheel but once I did, my back feels right as rain! The snaps, crackles, and pops that emu are from my back while using it sound like a zipper! Feels so good!

I never used any sort of back roller product. I was pretty skeptical about them. I did some research and found the Fitbeast back roller wheels. I went to Amazon and purchased the three wheel set. I tried the twelve inch wheel and felt instant relief. I now use my Fitbeast wheels daily.

Debated buying all three wheels but glad I did. It's nice to work from less intense to more intense on your back.Really glad I purchased them. I've had them for three weeks now. The muscles along my spine are usually tight and sore from work and rolling my back every night has kept them loose. I didn't do it for two nights and my back was tight and sore the following morning. These are worth it for me.

So it is a little on the small side so much so that my guy friends and boyfriend can't use it. But it works pretty well with me and helps pop my back! great product

Sprained my back and got this to help my spine. Easier than going to the chiropractor and more accessible, plus the price is right. Only used it for the first time today (the soft side) but I immediately felt it digging into the knots in my back and that was a pleasure. Felt my back start to open up and I felt surprisingly good after just a minute of rolling. I didn’t even relax all the way this time, and I know that’s supposed to make it work even better. Going to work my way up to more time on it and do it consistently and will update after long term use.

The only thing I’ve found that’s capable of cracking the lower to middle back, and is considerably cheaper than the Chirp wheel, despite adding additional padding. Incredibly well built and sturdy.

I've only used my medium wheel for 2 days and I do enjoy it but the bumps are rather hard so I guess it just takes time to adjust. I did feel some relief after the first use I recommend going easy and for only a couple minutes first if your back is sensitive. It's not a replacement for ny Chiropractor but it helps.
