Quality: Cover is durable and the cotton has no issues till now. Product arrived in well packed state with good velvet cover. Quality of the product too seemed to be great. However when I opened the velvet cover today to add more cotton, I was shocked to see the white pillow was badly stained and left me feeling disgusting. Now I even doubt if I was sent used product!!!!!!
