I can only speak for myself, it could work for you. For me, it made me feel ridiculous. I was using nicotine patches but thought I needed something to help with the oral fixation. This just made me feel like I had a bad tasting rubber in my mouth. I got the grapefruit scent and could smell it while it was in my backpack, in my work locker next to my desk at work. It didn’t even smell like grapefruit. It just had an odd, unnatural smell. I ended up throwing it away a couple days later. I couldn’t see being refunded after a couple of days. It was a waste of money. I hope you all have a better experience and are able to quit. Still looking for something to ease off.

I have been smoking cigarettes for over 50 years. This worked awesome for me. When you inhale you get the menthol taste without the smoke. I highly recommend this product. I am smoke free for 8 days now.

I honestly would not have given any stars for this, but it only allowed 1 for the minimum. I read the reviews for this, but I still hoped it would have turned out better than it did. I haven't smoked cigarettes in almost 2 yrs. But, when I quit, I switched to vaping. I have a surgery coming up my dr requires the patient to be nicotine free for (bc it increases the risk for complications etc & healing complications) so I was hoping this would help the cravings. This is absolute garbage. I wish I would have just sucked it up & not wasted almost $20. I just ordered & received the Ripple+ & for being nicotine free, they're not bad. We'll see if they help with cravings.

There arent many cost effective and decently flavored vape alternatives, but this one hits the spot extremely well.Some of the flavors can be a little strong, overall its a great option.

Very strong minty flavor. Air flow was way too much. Nothing like a vape. Whole bottom of it is wide open and no adjustment

These Puffers are fantastic! I don't have a nicotine problem and never liked cigarettes but I use these for help with weight control and something to keep myself occupied. They also have a calming effect and improve my mood too. IMPORTANT: They are only effective if you follow their directions by inhaling in very SLOWLY and then hold your breath in your mouth for a few seconds and then release. The flavor will be intense when you do this and does not work at all if you breathe quickly and deeply like you would on a no nicotine vape or a Cigtrus which I am also using. Some of the packs don't have these instructions, I noticed, so I believe people think you have to breath in deeply which actually does nothing--I deduct a star for this as it is very important as I used it wrong at first and felt duped until I followed their directions. I couldn't understand all the negative reviews until I learned about that. The taste is very subtle and works the opposite of a vape. I like these Puffers so much I already have five flavors (my favorite so far is Peppermint) and I am in the process of ordering every flavor they have -- I also ordered from their website. Additionally, the silicone/rubber mouthpiece was very smart of them to add as it feels soft on the lips rather than hard plastic like an adult pacifier.

Barely taste the menthol and gives zero sensation of a throat hit. It is ridiculous really. It was not calming in any way. It did not relieve any stress for me. And I don’t think you can return it since it’s already been in your mouth. It doesn’t get my vote.
