A lot for the price. Take it twice.
It's good but you need to take more than 1 gram a day ... Like 2 to 6 and then it still lasts a while. The smell is just when you open it. Get over it and burn some fat!

It works, but watch your hairline very closely.
This stuff really does work. Apparently it helps testosterone bind to androgen receptors in your body. Increases androgen receptors, Leydig cells and LH(luteinizing hormone) I lost weight A LOT easier and felt stronger. But...I'm one of the people who had some hair loss while using it. It was really noticeable. It hit me really hard really fast. Some people say their hair thickens. IDK about that. You need to watch your hair closely while taking. I'm going to resume taking it with a DHT blocker(finasteride). The tartrate version is the one that affects testosterone the most. Regular I-carnitine(not tartrate) powder doesn't have this effect apparently. This is close to taking a mild anabolic steroid IMO. Good luck.

Body temperature rises during training
Excellent, I used 3 grams and while doing cardio my body warmed up even though I was in an air-conditioned gym, that's an indication that it's a quality product

Great product, bad packaging
Edit: there was a scoop. Very little at bottom. Suggested use is confusing. Is it 1g/scoop, or 5g. Only 3⭐️ because.. what is a scoop? Give me the measurement. Also mixed grams on packaging. Definitely sour, but that’s expected. Good quality. Great value for money. Mixes well.

Use more than recommended
I liked the price and the message from the seller. That being said, the smell was horrible and I’m nor sure if the high crystalline appearance meant it was off? I do think 1g is under dosed for the purported benefits suggested. Didn’t notice much of a difference energy wise or recovery wise as I do with creatine. However two different supplements, but I’ve used other forms of carnitine, this form just didn’t do me any justice. Smell was rancid, taste was sour, definitely mixable and drinkable.
