Solid contruction and feel!
Just got them and I they work great..separate bands with different resistance on perfect for what muscle groups working. Solid construction and feel. Can't wait to use them!

Perfect for at-home workout

I have been using these for 2 months, they have a good thickness to the band that isn't too bulky or fragile and are easy to travel with. Great quality given the price, especially relative to more 'name brand' gym options. The length is suitable for me as someone who is 5'8".

Seem decent for exercise bands at their price point
Other than having an odor which I suspect will dissipate,, they seem fine. Not the best instructions for use but these seem pretty solidly made and have a nice range between the tension of the lightest weight to the heaviest. Have no idea how long they'll last.

Nice bands, very durable
Nice bands for resistance exercises. I typically secure one to a post and can get every upper extremity and trunk exercise done. They are also great for leg exercises as well. Sure beats hauling around weights. The red band gives me a good moderate resistance and the black is a good bit more of a challenge. I’ve purchased several of these sets. The little carrying bag keeps them organized.

Absolutely Worth The Money
I bought these after the wider, thinner bands that I had wore out. I initially laughed at the smaller bands, but then I realized the smallest is literally perfect for my neck exercises. I've now had these for approximately 40 minutes and have already got a great workout in for my upper body. I have to work everything around my spine otherwise I'll be in line for a fusion very soon and these are going to be perfect. I'm 6'3" and while I don't look like the model, I'm not weak. I feel very confident these won't snap with harder use too. I can't believe these were less than $25.

Great for travel
If youre using weights to exercise, but going to travel this is a great alternatives. Its has 4 different band thickness/weights on it. Its sturdy. And effective just like a dumbell. Easy to use
