Real lemon flavor
This powder has such good, strong lemon flavor that you don't have to use as much as you have to with other brands of lemon powder that claim 1 scoop (about 1/2 teaspoon) has the flavor of the juice of a whole lemon! It tastes like maybe the WHOLE lemon was used in making this powder. I'm very satisfied--saves money!

Amazing Lemon Taste.
This whole lemon powder is amazing. I can't drink lemonade because it upsets my stomach, but I can drink this. I make it by the gallon. I use 4 teaspoons and a cup and a half of non-calorie sweetener. It is great, ice cold or hot. I have purchased multiple packages of this 5 times and will continue to purchase it.

Freaking delicious natural flavor
Use it sparingly at first. I put in abit more than I should have the first time. Luckily I could add powdered sugar as it was buttercream. But it's absolutely delicious and taste just like lime and smells like lime. Just don't overdo how much you put in. I think I used about a tablespoon in a big bowl of frosting and I could have used a bit less.

AAAAAMAZING
This pure lemon powder is so flippin' GOOD. I ordered one bag to give it a try, and wow - we burned through that in days making the best lemonade we've had outside of using fresh from the backyard tree Meyer lemons when we lived in Florida. There's no sugar or fillers or even anti-caking agents in this. Just straight lemon. Guessing they freeze dry everything but the seeds and pith, because there is no bitterness from the pith at all. You even get the scent and taste of the oil from the lemon rind. Not only does this make outstanding lemonade, but it is incredible in baked goods. I will never use lemon flavoring or other lemon powders again. I've made foods like lemon-blueberry pancakes, lemon poundcake, lemon bars (ohhhhh, the lemon bars this powder makes...the tartness is to die for), and used with butter and fresh dill on seafood, and mixed a tiny bit of powder in with afternoon tea. You don't need much because the powder is super strong. When using this for the first time compared to bottled lemon juice, lemon flavoring, or other lemon powders (that have cutting agents or preservatives), start low and work your way up. It's not a direct one-to-one swap with other lemon products. Making lemonade was the quickest, easiest, and tastiest way to get an idea of how strong this powder is and how much sugar counteracts the tartness. For a two quart pitcher, four teaspoons of this powder and 2/3 cup of sugar was perfect for us. With the green bottle lemon juice, it was close to a cup of the juice to the same amount of sugar. If you like your lemon baked goods tart, this pure powder will do it very well without adding in any sort of funky aftertaste from reconstituted concentrates or lemon flavoring (even the natural version instead of artificial). We loved this so much we got the lime powder, and it's just as fantastically good.

Not real lime or lemon juice
I don’t like the taste at all! I think these are pure citric acid powder. Very sour, but NOT really freeze dried lime or lemon juice and to my tastebuds NO lemon or lime flavor or aroma—just SOUR.I’ll chalk this purchase up to shopping in hurry on my phone. I don’t think I would have been fooled if I’d been shopping on my computer.I purchased both the lemon and lime flavors. I won’t purchase again. There is no such thing as “Key lemons” so why include that point on the lemon powder packaging? I wanted organic, real lime and real lemon juice powders. On my phone I was fooled by the ovals across the bottom of the bag and assumed one of them indicated it was an organic product. My fault for getting fooled by deceptive packaging and not looking more closely. Why else would packaging designers use ovals with filled in bottom half other than to APPEAR to be the Organic certification symbol? Also, packaging says “Full Vitamin C” without specifying how many MG of vitamin C per serving. Was hoping this purchase would help reduce/relieve calcium oxalate kidney stones, but too much vitamin C is a trigger for me.

One of the very best lemon powders I've tried to date
Grelim Lemon Powder is in my top two lemon powders out of the around ten I've tried over the last few years. Grelim is now one of my favorites, along with True Lemon, and they have both become my go-tos. I have often been disappointed with other lemon flavorings that tasted either a bit off, or even downright artificial, but not this one.
