Very handy for holiday lights
So had a little difficulty with this purchase. This accessory did not work on my existing extension pole, despite the claim of standard threading. Called customer service and they were next level helpful. Great to deal with and extremely helpful. Sent me a replacement which still didn’t work on my extension pole. Bought a new extension pole from this company. This attachment fit perfectly!! And, why didn’t I buy this company’s extension pole earlier. Great quality and robust without being overly heavy. I have since bought the window cleaning attachment, and most of the dusting attachments. I really like their products!

Not appropriate for Christmas trees
Got it to add to an extending pole to place Christmas lights on my 30 feet pine. Not the product for this use. The hooks are very small making it impossible to grasp the wires. Had to give up and hack a paint roller handle to do the job.

Good for hanging light strands
Doesn’t thread super easily on the (same brand) pole, but it will go on and stay, and get the job done!

DOES fit standard threaded tips, but the fit is tight.
I tried a couple different light hanging tip attachments and this one actually seemed pretty nice. Some of these things claim to fit standard threaded tips, and then reviewers sometimes claim they don't fit.I think it simply comes down to how tight or how loose they fit on standard threads. This Extend-A-Reach hook fits pretty tight, in fact it's tight enough that it's fairly hard to get on, and VERY secure once fully threaded on. This is good. If you leave the attachment on your extension pole, you don't want it going loose when you're using it.Unfortunately I wanted an attachment that is easy to thread on and off repeatedly because I switch attachments a lot. I ended up returning this Extend-A-Reach and settled on the Eversprout brand for a few dollars more.If I wasn't removing the attchment a lot I would have kept the Extend-A-Reach. Hope this helps someone else.

Need to Purchase Pole from Same Manufacturer
As noted by many others, threading on attachment would not work on my extension pole. Disappointed because this was anticipated to be the solution to getting the lights on our ever growing taller outdoor Christmas tree.
