Q: Is the new design of the adjustable shoulder straps comfortable?

I was surprised at how good these sound for this price! They sound fantastic and are super comfortable to wear in bed laying on a pillow. Awesome invention!

Q: I am a full grown adult with a very tiny head! Is this a velcro Bluetooth headband? It definitely looks like it has velcro straps!

Yes it has velcro adjustment for size and should fit you fine because its tight on my head.

Q: can i not listen to any music and it will still be noise canceling?? like i just want to block the outside noise but not listen to music

It doesn't block out noises, just muffles the sound a little.

Q: Can you keep it from randomly turning off?

I fully charge device after every use and have never had this happen
