I have several other pairs of blue light blocking prescription glasses that I noticed a difference with right away (less computer eye strain). But I needed a non-prescription pair to wear when I have my contacts in….these are not blue light blocking! My “true” blue light blocking glasses have a couple of traits that help me see they are working: the reflection of the lenses are blue! This way, you can see they are blocking that spectrum of light (see my comparison in the photo: left is my prescription lenses with true blue light blocking, left is these fake plain clear lenses that will do nothing for your eyes). I can also tell an immediate difference in how my computer screen looks. These glasses are nothing more than plain plastic/glass. An actual rip off. I read about the “blue light blocking light test strip” and it turns out, the light only shows violet light & this is a parlor trick meant to make you feel like you’ve spent your money wisely. Unbelievable. This is people’s health!!! Shame.

Bought these for a Margaret Halloween costume. Good quality, so much so, I now use them when on phone or computer.

Yes, the glasses do block blue light. But, the frames are very flimsy.

Don't seem to be blue light, but great for the costume I needed for them and decent quality for cute fake glasses

Got these not expecting much and so far have been throughly pleased with how well they've worked so far. They are working better than my normal glasses with anti glare filters for eye strain/being on a computer. Would definitely recommend for someone who doesn't need a prescription and wants eye relief while being on a phone/computer
