I have spent a lot of time with this game (too much, really) and been both gratified and frustrated in my efforts. Sometimes it was like throwing rocks and hoping, but eventually I was victorious. I'm still working on the last two sections. The author's obvious sense of humor was appreciated. A sense of humor something missing from most digital games. They take themselves too seriously. It's great for just having fun without having to be tremendously dexterous or intense. I recommend it to anyone.

This is the cutest game and challenging. There are so many boards, levels, and scenes. Lots of different birds with unique abilities. Make sure you register - the code needed is inside the box above the disc - 16 capital letters and I included the dashes. I also updated on the web using the link that appeared - it gives you more boards to play and more levels. Lots of fun!

Game arrived in about 3 weeks. When I installed it, to bring up the full game the "key" that came in the package did not work. I called the 888 and 717 contact numbers and because the game was imported from the UK no one could help me. I emailed [email protected], sending the message so far 3 diffeerent days and times and have had no response at all. I need to get a "key" that works or I need to return the game I have for credit and purchase one domestically. The problem may be that I have a game for a PC, Windows XP, and not one for the game player systems, but I want this problem resolved. I bought the CD from one of the vendors on Amazon, and have had a very diffictult time getting help with it. The game itself is fun, addicting and challenging, so only start if you want to spend LOTS of time sitting down at your computer!! My problem was that after I installed it, I was able to only open the Poached Eggs section of Angry Birds. Repeated attempts to communicate with Rovio's Customer Service (by email) was tedious, with replies coming from them anywhere from ten days to two weeks apart each time. And their replies weren't helpful, and usually indicated they hadn't read my own previous replies to them. To make a long story short, I finally conquered all the games in Poached Eggs, and voila, all the other sections unlocked. The vendor I bought it from also was no help, sending me a phone number to call for help, which turned out to be to a clearing house which only sells the CDs, doesn't troubleshoot them. So beware who you buy from here on Amazon. This whole experience had a happy ending, but I went through quite a bit of frustration to get there, which is why I only gave it three stars.

My only problem with Angry Birds is that it is addictive. As a writer, I use games as a way to relax and break through the writer's block I encounter from time to time. Having tried the free apps I found the commercials and the constant asking for money to buy weapons and whatever to be very annoying. By purchasing the game from the company that made it originally I avoid all the hassles. Now, if I could discipline myself to play for a short time and stop, my one game related problem.

The only down fall to this game is that it is not the full version. You can only play the first chapter and then you have to go to the web, register and get the full version downloaded. That aside, it is the orginial version of flying birds into pigs.

This program has kept my husband alert and thinking of strategies on each level and gave him joy to reach a new level. He had surgery on his shoulder and this was something he could do to keep his mind active. Thank you.

Apparently this was not meant to be used in the USA, it appears to be a good game but on my computer all I get is a continuous full screen flicker. Impossible to use.
