Chain noise most annoying

One of the most prized possession . I am staying in Tier 3 city varanasi and the condition of roads are not upto the mark but then also the performance of Heileo 200 is remarkable .The best electric bike available right now in the market . Go for it guys without any second opinion . One can also commute to their workplace .Nice look and speed reaches upto 42kmph .

The eBike is really awesome, has several features included and rides very smooth and the assisted power biking via motor works beyond expectations.

Heileo h200 is a premium quality powerbike, very nicely designed and engineerd. This is a no nonsense bike espcially for those who want to do city commutes, office rides, shopping. It easily picks up on any inclines, slopes, gives 66/72Kms, very speedy n smooth to drive. Alluminium Alloy, Caliper Brakes, Shimano Gears, Long range hi 'A' quality battery, Light Weight Cycle, Kenda Tyres. M satisfied with my purchase.

After several hours of browsing and considering many existing options of e-bicycles in India, I decided to take the plunge with Toutche mainly because of its light weight (it is the lightest in the market), removable battery capabilities and of course, the battery range. Before purchasing, I had several discussions with the company - they were very responsive to all my concerns and unlike other companies, were very prompt too - a rare but welcome customer service trait in India. Even though Amazon said that it would take 10-15 days for the delivery, it was at my door within 7-8 days - the packing was great and nothing was damaged besides a minor bent in the rear derailleur, which was promptly attended to by the company by arranging a technician visit within 24 hours at their expense. In fact, I was told that if the technician is unable to fix it, then, they will get the entire thing replaced. I am yet to hear or get this sort of customer service from big cycle companies in India, HERO, for example. The company even touched base after a month to obtain any feedback and if there is anything that they could do better! Riding on this is pure bliss - the balance and the seamless shift of power from pedal to battery (in pedal assist mode) or in pure electric mode is noiseless and always works like a charm without any hiccups. The brakes are very decent and they bring it to a stop as required without any hitches (maybe disc brakes would have been a tad better), but I have nothing to complain with the present arrangement. Like I mentioned earlier, it is very light and I know that for sure because I lift it every day after riding to the 3rd floor using the stairs, and I do not feel the weight - even that light weight has been distributed nicely. In few words, GO FOR IT! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT AND WILL ENJOY EVERY MOMENT OF YOUR RIDE!
