Took a bit to put together but was well worth it. Only have it for a few days but super happy so far. Great price for the product.

If you are thinking about using their Allen wrench and tightening 60 or so bolts, good luck to you. It came out pretty nice but I didn’t give it 5 star mainly because the cushions for the ottoman things just rest on top of the ottoman. Nothing to strap the cushions or attach them.Also it might come in 2 shipments. They do let you know that in the packaging but I didn’t find out until after I chased down the fed ex guy thinking there was a missing box

This is beautiful and heavy duty.I had a wrong shipment of some of the parts and the company overnighted it to me. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this product. I ordered gray and it looks gorgeous on my patio.

Putting it together with the Allen wrench provided was not a good experience... Super frustrating...use a drill bit if you have one. The set is much smaller than i thought... The sitting space does not work if you are taller than 5'4". Cushions are thin but any thicker would take seating space to nothing. Overall ..you get what you pay for... Not what i hoped for but we will make it work .. its attractive for the most part.

Bought set in April 2023. By Summer of 2024, the plastic weaving started fraying. The set sits out on our deck and the plastic weaving became very brittle. While it looked good out of the box, this set does not have durability. It is made with polyethylene vs. high density polyethylene that is used in higher end patio sets. Save for a set that is high density polyethylene which will last longer and create less waste going to a landfill a year later.

Do not panic if you don't get all 4 boxes at once. They may be a few days apart. It is a nice, sturdy and multifunctional product. If I had paid twice as much I would be happy.
