I think it was a good buy. It came with everything as described, it was pretty good material.My niece loved it.

Every kid has to own at least one journal/diary in their lifetime. This set takes it over the top. The journal itself is a cute plush cat. There is a lock and key to keep private information top secret. The accessories encourage artwork on journal pages instead of just words. The colors and textures are inviting and encourage creative play.

Ordered this diary set for my youngest (5 yo) because she wanted one like her big sisters.She was so excited to open this! It’s super colorful (we have the kitty one) and has so many things that go along with it!The diary itself has its own little lock & key set (one thing she most wanted!).There’s highlighters, pencils, one of those multi color click pens, tiny erasers, book marks, sticky notes, stencil plate and a fuzzy pencil bag.She’s been drawing, making notes to family, “writing” in her diary and just really having fun with this set.I feel like this set is better quality than the kind you can buy at craft stores in their toy section.I think this would be a great gift for a child or pre teen who likes writing, drawing, keeping a little diary.$18 price point is great. I tend to stick to around the $20 mark for friends bday parties and this is right on target.

This is really cute and has so many fun aspects of it. It is definitely worth a buy for gifts or if you’re just buying them for your own kids. The quality is really create. The pages in the journal are nice and I love all the pens and everything that comes with.

This is a great notebook set overall that I'd definitely recommend for gifting. The colors are just as bright as they appear in the product photos and everything is as soft as it looks. The only downside with the unicorn cat option is that the little heart notebook is literally attached to the larger cat notebook by little metal circles. You need to break the metal hooks to detach it. My daughter liked it this way, but I hated it. lol.This still gets 5 stars though, because it comes with a TON of goodies!

The diary and pencil case are super cute, fuzzy, and colorful. The pencil case holds the highlighters, multi-color pen, erasers, stencil, and mini note pads with ease, but the pencils do not fit in the case until sharpened a few times to make them shorter. The mini homemade-style card is adorable, and the perfect size for a gift card - it also has the sweetest mini sunflower to attach to it. The box it comes in is giftable without needing to wrap, and has empowering words on the back.The pens and highlighters worked as expected and were not dried out. the pencils were a little difficult to sharpen, and has a plasticky type outer wrap design with unicorns on each pencil. They wrote well enough once sharpened. The erasers are novelty only, and won't actually erase anything - but this is fine as kids enjoy the cute designs more than the functionality of them.

This is a very cute diary set for a younger girl who is just getting into journaling or wants to have some place for her "secrets" to be kept safe. The set provides everything a young girl would need to get started - your journal with a lock and key, multi-color pen, stickers, bookmark and a pencil bag to hold everything. If you are looking for a great gift item for a younger girl in your life, this is a great starter gift box to encourage journaling!

This set is really cute to give as a gift or keep for yourself. It’s great for those that are young and young at heart. It’s a nice little journal and set that can be used for lots of little things. Personally I got it to have as a cute tracker notebook instead of a plain one. Because of the difference textures it would also probably work well for those wanting the different sensory aspect then most journals offer.
