If you buy them thinking you are losing weight they don’t work. I like the vitamin because of acv and the flavor

While I exercise and eat healthy, anyway, I’m not 100% sure the effects. I have maintained a healthy weight over the last month of consuming the gummies. The taste is not excellent and not one that I really have gotten used to.

Trying it out so far I have not last any weight and have not gained any.

On a ketogenic diet, typically you can’t consume more than 20 g of carbs daily. A serving of these contain 6 g. I don’t consider this product to “support ketosis “ as claimed on the front of the label. I take responsibility for not carefully reading the macros, and I will use when eating low carb, but not when doing keto! I’m disappointed for the price I paid.The two star rating is because the flavor is nice!
