Its very thin blanket but it is doing its work of keeping you warm and cosy, it will work till the temperature reaches around 24-23 degrees

Not soft
The blanket isn't like an ac comforter, it is not soft enough and NOT FLEEECE like it claims to be. Returned it.

Review after using for a couple of weeks, but not yet washing
The photos show two blankets, one beige/off white, and another grey. The beige one was ordered about a month ago and has been used for 2 weeks or so. The other one, grey, is a new arrival.The size by size photos show that the beige one has not faced major wear and tear; it is warm and quite comfortable. Two of them one over the other should be sufficient for Assam winter, which this year has been extended and quite cold. Especially useful for covering yourself while watching TV or playing board games etc.We may also go for using cover to make the blankets warmer and last longer. But before that we want to see how easily these collect dirt and what happens to these after we wash these at home. And then our star rating may change.As others have mentioned, this is not wool (as fas ar our understanding goes) but of microfiber. We have a child, allergic to many microfiber products, in the house. Thankfully, this blanket has not affected her. So we're happy customers from that point of view.
