I use these bands for my hip exercises. They 're improvement over the latex band I was using.

Shortly I received my bands in the mail, 1 of then broke. The thinner bands are very thin.

These work very well and the manufacturer has a website with a number of PDFs containing various exercises with them. There are several exercises I do recommended by my PT and having bands with different tension is very helpful.

Best resistance bands ever. I was looking for a good quality resistance bands for a while and this is it!!! The wide ones are perfect because it doesnt slide up when you are sweaty.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of these bands! For comparison, I go to Orangetheory and in my opinion, these bands are much higher quality than their mini loop bands. I've been enjoying my workouts at home again thanks to Serious Steel.

They are not as "tight" as I hoped the band would be. I have to use the heavy and medium to get enough resistance. Good quality but not less resistance compared to other brands I have tried.

My old bands finally snapped, one by one, after several years (it seems like the ones that I use the least had cracked when I got around to using them again, don't know if that's normal). I couldn't find the same brand, so I got these ones. So far, I have only used the lightest one; after a couple of weeks of use, it seems to have stretched maybe .5 cm. Each of the bands is individually wrapped (which seems unnecessary) and some of them stuck to the bags and were hard to remove. I will update once I get around to using the other bands and more time has passed (hopefully).

These bands are very good and well made. Not a small production error in these bands. They are a bit thinner than the Synergee bands. As for the reistance is a bit weak depending on the exercises... but I mostly used the red one medium and black a few times.It also comes in a bag with great stitching. So far the red, blue and black bands havent' broke on me yet. not sure about yellow and green bands since those are lower resistance.

They are bands. They work fine.

Seemed good but it snapped on me after around a year of use and gave me a big welt on my leg. Glad I wasn’t using it anywhere near my face. No support or options to contact the company anywhere on their page.

Terrible chemical off-gassing smell, product stuck to packaging material.
