We used to lovee this brand, and flavor. They recently changed the flavor, and it’s just not the same. Now we are on the hunt for something that was like the old flavor. Please bring it back guys!! This new berry one is just too tangy for most kids 😢 They do work well though, and are great for those who don’t mind flavors like that!!!

The media could not be loaded. These gummy’s taste really good. They have a very mild Barry flavor. Although they do contain sugar, they are not overly sweet. They also do not stick to your teeth. Did you help with sleep. I took these earlier in the day and had to take a nap because I was sleepy. I take them at night now, and they do a great job of assisting my sleep. Serving size is one gummy and there are 90 servings in this container , good value.

I was confused a little at first about when to take these. Most gummies that help me sleep are taken about half an hour before bedtime. The instructions on these say to take them after a meal but my evening meal is 5 hours before bedtime. I was concerned that it would make me sleepy too early.Then I realized that it could benefit my sleep even when taken earlier in the day. The flavor is tasty and the gummy is easy to chew and swallow. These help my immune system too, so that's a bonus.

I wish they had left that out.The gummies taste sweet, although I can't really tell that they're berry flavored. They're soft and don't stick to my teeth at all, even while I'm chewing them.I'm hoping it'll help keep me healthier, long-term, and maybe make it a bit easier for me to fall asleep and/or stay asleep.The bottle came with a tamper seal on the inside; the one I got in April 2023 expires in April 2025.
