I have had scalp issues for a long time. I have used many different products, some helped and some did not. Some even made it worse. This product has seemed seemed to work the best, so far.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Works well for smell scalp. Tried many other brands and (although not an 100% solution) seems to be the best for me.

It works well, but I can no longer justify paying an additional 40% for shipping when I already pay for Amazon Prime. I’ll purchase this again only if shipping is reasonably priced. 40% is ludicrous and greedy.

This used to be a great product, but now it's inconsistent in quality. The last order I made, the shampoo was so thick it couldn't even be squeezed out of the bottle. I had to put water in the bottle constantly to thin it out. The two bottles I just received the other day are so thin that they don't even lather up. When I poured the liquid out to inspect it, it looked like it hadn't even been properly mixed. You could see different colored ingredients swirled around and not thoroughly mixed. Mixing them together manually didn't solve any problems though. The liquid is just too thin to be useful as a shampoo. I don't know what happened here because I used to swear by this brand. I will have to switch to some other brand of antibacterial shampoo.
