At first sight it seems I have bought a very well made product that will give many years service. Time of course will tell, however I am very pleased with my purchase. Delivery, by DX Express, was also First Class. and very fast. They kept me up to date with delivery details and were never late. A special thanks is required, as I am disabled the young lady making the delivery very kindly brought it indoors for me.COMMENT No. 2: Having followed the erection instructions I find there is no way to stop the canopy blowing around every which way in even a modest breeze and bring a danger to anyone standing or walking beneath it. I have contacted the seller and I am awaiting a response. Being a retired engineer I can see no way to resolve this problem without a complete re-design in the way the canopy is connected. Very disappointing, and I will be returning it for a full refund if I am correct I'll keep you posted.

The media could not be loaded.  We are very pleased with this parasol. It's strongly made but easy to assemble (although quite heavy, better done with two) It tilts and turns to be always in the right place for shade and covers a large area. Although the parasol swings slightly in a breeze, because it is suspended, it doesn't cause any problem. (See video) We did buy some wind anchor straps separately, thinking we might need them, but so far we haven't had to use them. Very pleased with our purchase!

I will be returning this item, x2 bolts used for tightening main umbrella pole with the base pole don't hold it very well when it's bit windy, it moves from left to right when it want's even when bolts are really tight! To readjust it later you need some proper strenght or tools to undo it and to tight it back in! Not the best design, i'll be adding few more pound to get a better one!
