It works well for cooking

I'm not a skillet expert but I love these skillets. I basically run a strong water sprayer over it and everything just comes right off. I only run soap with wash cloth or sponge to get any bacteria that may remain. Awesome skillets. I have two. Thanks for reading.

Good product for the money

Great little pan for the price. I cook a lot it cleans easy, heats evenly and great for eggs

I received the pan brand new, and the handle was not secure. It wiggled. There was no way to tighten it. The pan itself was the size I wanted but something new should be made better than this!

I gave this pan as a Christmas gift and my mom loves it

These pans cook very evenly and produce an excellent sear with cooking fish & scallops.. My only use so far. I liked the first one, I bought 5 more to use for various demonstrations I do in my training sessions. These are not heavily used, maybe 2 days a month. The challenge is that the metal is soft. One pan arrived with the sides bent and another got dented in transit from one of my events. That pan was wrapped and insight a heavy duty tote, along with other items. Since these are "In Front Of Customers" presentation, the dent actually distracts from my product. Yes, 3 people at my last seminar mentioned the dent, vs. the product. Doesn't bode well when I tell people its a MasterChef pan. Unless they fix this, I wouldn't buy these again.

Really can cook eggs without oil. Just got this pan so I don’t know how long it will last, but love it!
