I am embarrassed I waited so long to do this. I was nervous about making a huge hole in my door but the drill bit worked like a charm. Magnification is great. Very clear image. Took 2 minutes max.

The drill worked great! I drilled most of the way from one side, when the pilot bit came through, I switched to the other side to avoid tearout of the wood. Beautiful, clean install.The peephole shutter is important to me. I don't want anyone looking in from outside. Other units allow someone outside to see movement, some even allow an image.I keep the shutter closed when not in use.Very happy.

Is good for the money,the tooling for the installation was the key.

This was a great decision to purchase after a scary incident at my 81 year old dad's house. This peep hole allows for wide range clear viewing. Installation is easy and comes with the necessary parts, you just need the drill and a little muscle power and you are set!

Ordering a replacement same day as install. So blurry I couldn’t even recognize my own husband. Like the look of it but it’s just not useful.

was very happy with finished project, but, the 16mm[5/8in] hole saw/driil bit was a p o s. I am a retired carpenter so I know a hole saw is the best tool for a door. the one provided came with a mystery spring which caused the saw to clog at once, removed spring, tried again, had to clean debris from saw 4 more times, twice the saw blade came unscrewed from the spindle. what should have taken 3 minutes to more than 20. instructions were clear, except nothing about the hole saw.
