I'd say this product gives decent support for your back on office chairs. But in terms of a massage, you're not really getting anything similar to a shiatsu chair massage.The product itself is very comfortable and easy to use. The massage itself is more of a heat and vibrating motion for your back and neck.Very comfortable, and best use for slight comfort on office chairs! The picture shows some of the modes and heating options they include.Pretty neat!

This is a very comfy vibrating massager for the back and neck. Has a separate neck piece that you attach to the back massager with a wire. You can change the vibration and heat settings using the controls on the side of the back pillow. By itself, it is very comfortable and the separate neck piece is a great touch and really adds to the ergonomics. The heat feels very good and the vibrations are pretty strong for both the back and neck piece. You can switch vibration settings to steady vibrations or pulsating vibrations. If they could’ve added a shiatsu massage to this, it would’ve been perfect, but nonetheless, a great addition for your comfort and relief.

The description stated it can be used in cars, this item does not have any USB port for the car its features are only available in home. It feels comfortable in the car for my back.

This lumbar back massager support pillow is wonderful. It provides so much support for your back especially for those with back pain. It has a light to medium massager that makes it so relaxing, plus it has a neck pillow/massager attachment as a bonus. This is for support and relaxation, not for a deep massage.

This pillow gives a great support to your back and in combination with the heat and massage is a great product!!!

Very Relaxing. I don’t usually like to use massagers but thought I would give this a try and I honestly really like it. The perfect support for lower back. The pillow helps to relieve my neck pain. I love that this has a heat feature. I am always cold, and I can use just the heat if I need to. I have RA and Lupus and am in constant pain. This massager has really helped with my back and neck pain

Would've been great if it wasn't a plug in and use. The cord kept getting tangled around my desk chair.
