I have some more expensive ones that were bought from a Med company and I found that this was by far easier to use and actually worked better than the more expensive ones. I wasn’t sure how well these would work considering the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. I work in a Sim lab and I use them for a big ER SIM we had and they worked perfect. I have some more expensive ones that were bought from a Med company and I found that this was by far easier to use and actually worked better than the more expensive ones.
