Based on the price point, I was expecting much. The monocular has good distance, allows for ambient light and really does add detailed to a pitch black night. We live in a very rural area with no city lights so it does a great job of highlighting our property and adding another layer of protection for the predators around us. T

I liked it, but returned it because I needed it to stow into a backpack, and the on button was just too easy to turn it on, and I couldn’t find a way to remedy this?

Was expecting more than what it is I guess. Not all that great for hunting after dark especially if there's any kind of brush around

Its easy to use. In a small room this thing seems to work fine, but once you get into an open space or outside it appears the IR light is basically pointing straight down and not allowing the camera to gather the full light from the IR causing the top 3/4s of the screen to be black. I don't think this product is worth the money.

I gave a 2 star because of the LCD screen quality, but it’s not meant to be held up to your eye like a normal monocle. It’s a camcorder screen with night vision IRL. Range finder is just a laser pointer LOL, find a real set like Bushnell. Eventually I will learn if the price point is questionable the product is a scam.

It is not night vision. The range is off as well. This is a scam product. Buy at your own peril. Amazon really needs to start banning Chinese companies selling fraudulent products.

I need to start by saying I have never owned any type of nvg before. I own thermal a couple scope/monoculars however. I expected this to be trash because of the price point. When I turned it on all I could see was black unless I used my flashlight and that is what I expected. I then started pushing buttons and realized I didn’t even have the night vision on. I was floored by how well and how far I could see and it was pitch black outside. There was a deer about 75 yards away behind my house in a field. I was able to count the points (8) after zooming in. I live in a rural area and there are no light pollution at all so when I say dark I mean very dark. There was no moonlight either. It has a camera mode and a video mode as well as zoom and a red laser pointer. It won’t work at all without a sd card and that’s definitely disappointing. I could understand if the camera wouldn’t work but you should still be able to look through and use the night vision. It charges fairly quick and the battery last a long time. I used it on the lowest ir setting I’m sure if you kept it on high the battery would drain much quicker. When looking through it you have to make slow movements because of the refresh rate but this is no issue for me at all. If your wanting to get into night vision I think this would be a great starting point. Make sure you read the directions (unlike me;) I really am amazed by this compared to similar models I’ve seen on Amazon that were four times as much. I will be using it a lot so if it quits working or anything happens I will update this review. Have a great day!
