FybogelLemon (Natural Fibre Drink 30 Sachets)

I can tolerate the orange Fybogel, but the Lemon is so much more pleasant to taste.For me, the laxative works in about 24 hours, the only side effects are a rumbling tummy.It feels like a lot gentler laxative in comparison to some other types of laxative.

Don't know how I've managed to live without this product for so many years. Without going into gory / medical details Fybogel has really turned my life around in the months that I have been taking it. It does everything it says on the box and more including peace of mind - and tummy ! Have only tried the lemon flavour and it's good and tasty. Would recommend this product to everyone....However, the packaging on my last delivery left a lot to be desired as the box was squashed completely flat and the sachets weren't even inside the box. Perhaps this was done for easy posting through the letter box.

Works as described

The last time I used this product (some years ago) it was on prescription only. Nice to see that it can be ordered online here. The lemon flavour makes for a pleasant drink in the morning. It works gently with your body, not violently like some laxatives and suppositories. I have been taking this as I was feeling 'bunged up' after the Christmas excesses of bad food. Back to regularity now.
