Don’t know exactly how it works in the brain, but I would say it’s not placebo calming effect as for light to moderate anxiety and sleep

I take this supplement as part of a program to improve wellness and increase healthspan. I have experienced no adverse effects that I am aware of, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I take more than one supplement, so I am unable to say what this supplement contributes on its own. I think this is the best apigenin supplement for the money.

Apart from prescription pills, nothing else worked for sleep. Melatonin just didn’t do anything for me anymore. Not sure about the other things that it claims, mental functions, clarity, cognitive blah blah blah, but for getting to sleep, excellent!

I've been having trouble sleeping for a long time.. I conducted some research after a buddy recommended Apigenin. I ordered this one from Boscent based on customers feedback. I’m impressed, it worked on the first night using it. I've been taking it for about two weeks and it's made a major difference in my sleep. I felt refreshed the next morning. 30 minutes before going to bed, I take one capsule (which includes 100mg). I'm more relaxed and fall asleep faster. Apigenin did not cause me any side effects and did not leave me groggy when I woke up. I'm happy with the quality and price of this supplement, which comes with 120 capsules... It's equivalent to a four-month supply. Highly recommended.

Admittedly, I'm a supplement skeptic. But I try to keep an open mind and I have difficulty sleeping, so I've tried many purported sleep aides and so far I've been very disappointed. Apigenin is growing my list of failures too long to keep track of. I didn't notice any change - good or bad - to my mood, sleep, or anything at all. I didn't give it one star because maybe it can help someone else and I wouldn't want to rain on their parade. Still searching...

You get the strongest as well as the most, for the price!
