It's a pretty good product.
I'm using it for my m40x, the quality is pretty good, installing it is a little bit hard but just watch a youtube video for it, the cooling from the gel lasts for 10-15 mins in the summer, I hoped for longer but it's fine, it fits perfectly for the m40x, the size(it's thickness) makes it more comfortable for longer use, it is much better that the earpad that comes with the headphone.

It is not a perfect fit for my hyper x stinger but after a few pulls it does fit decently and sounds so much better and almost cancels out background noises
