Fire angel quality.
Really good simple product, easy to link to wisafe 2 smoke or heat alarms, just read the instructions carefully, even bleeps differently on test or actuation, so you know that it’s the CO monitor actuating and not smoke alarms. I linked it with two wisafe 2 smoke alarms and two heat alarms, all go off when one goes off, can’t beat it for safety, you only really get one chance if you have a fire.

Absolute piece of sbit
Ok, after several replacement gateways and many resets of the FP2620W2-R, FP1720W2-R, FP1000W2-R and many hours of patience, the App (that means all apps - iOS and Website), the app won't recognise more than 12 devices. The blurb says up to 50, so 12 is not even close! The instructions are written by someone whose 15th language is English and depending on where you obtain the instructions, they say different things. How they can mess up something so simple is beyond me!As far as the alarms are concerned, they probably work just fine, but if you wish to monitor remote locations with the app, you're screwed! The app was designed by a Kindergarten kid, it is so, so bad, but if it actually worked, then you could get over that and just despair at the idiot who wrote it, but because it DOESN'T work it is about as useful as a chocolate teapot! If you don't need more than 12 units in the system then it may work for you, but be warned, it really is a dangerous bridge to cross if you are relying on it! If lives are at stake, which generally they are, you'd be a fool to trust FireAngel to look after your longevity. And ... Just to add insult to injury, I have called the customer service line six times and emailed them twice - absolutely no reply after 10 days! Even after complaining that no-one got back to me (you call an office junior to relay a message to the 'technician'), still no return call!Anyway, sent over £1000 worth of gear back to Amazon, as couldn't get it to work as it was designed, so not fit for purpose!

Great kit
got for mother in law and 3 interlinking wireless smoke/heat alarms. All but 1 worked fine. She is trilled she is fully protected as CO gas worries her. All 5 alarms are interlinked so no way is she not going to be warned. CO alarms should be a REQUIREMENT of Home Insurance in UK, it would save lives.!

Simple and solid device
Terrible plastic packaging. A cardboard box would suffice which can be recycled.Easy to install mounting plate with 2 screws.Simple to interlink unit.I've read reviews where people cannot find the battery for this device that's because it's internal and tamper proof. It cannot be removed or accessed.I cannot comment on battery life however it says 10 years so I'd be very unhappy if it didn't last a large percentage of the claimed lifespan.

Spot on
As I expected. Easy to fit and simply connected to my existing system. Can’t comment on battery life. You’ll have to ask me again in 10 years 😜

Unreliable and regularly need replacing
We had a system comprising various WST-630 smoke alarms, WHT630 heat alarms and two W2-CO-10XQ CO alarms all managed by a WTSL-F-1EU.I say "had" because it has now been removed and disposed off as we were getting tired of having random alarms going off at least once a week. Usually from different sensors. Once you've had a succession of false alarms you lose all trust in the system and just silence future alarms without investigating them which negates the entire point of having a linked safety alarm system.Overall our 8 alarm system + controller had 4 alarms replaced (at our cost, as Fireangel would not do warranty replacements). That should have been the first sign to throw the whole lot away but we persevered as the system had cost a fair amount of money by then. Then the WTSL-F-1EU controller started indicating a permanent system fault but refused to tell us which sensor it was that time. (They should give out an error sound when searched.) So the entire network was "unlearnt" from each other and operated individual for a few days to try and locate it but with no success. The WTSL-F-1EU was replaced and immediately went into the permanent system fault again. We paid for a fire alarm installer familiar with Wi-Safe 2 systems to visit and diagnose, who could not identify a fault with any alarm unit. All the lithium batteries were holding good charge and all the sensors where clean. At this point we cut our losses. The battery modules were removed from each sensor and the whole lot was bagged up and disposed of with the electrical recycling. We have gone back to the far more reliable and significantly cheaper systems you can pick up in any DIY store.

It works
Sitting there quitely, so can't say anymore. Just don't want it to go off, if you know what I mean!
