Won't lay flat no matter what

This is my first tennis necklace and I couldn't get it to lay flat. I looked up tutorials and found tennis necklaces are supposed to have one direction where they are flexible and one where they are not. This is flexible in both directions, and I'm assuming that is why it won't lay flat no matter with direction you use for it.

Did not come with earrings, bracelet and necklace extremely bulky and unable to wear properly. Necklace missing two stones upon arrival. Looks VERY fake (even for $20) don’t waste your money
