I have ordered three of these for different windows and they have arrived in perfect condition and install easily. I am entirely satisfied with the quality of the build and each shade fits its window perfectly. The raising and lowering mechanism works great. No "working" of the spring to get it to retract like in the olden days. You simply raise or lower it and it stays where you put it. I am entirely satisfied.

Needed a privacy blind for my large picture window. These were much cheaper compared with other custom blinds, but they seem high quality for the price.They were easy to install, well made with a good fit, easily go up & down and stop wherever you like, the blackout version gives complete privacy and blocks heat & light, and the front fabric looks really nice.A couple of aesthetic details that personally bother me, but are not truly noticeable- I think the aluminum bottom would be better wrapped in the same fabric as the blind, and with the blackout version, you only see the plain backside when the blind is up, instead of the decorative fabric.The seller was very responsive and helpful and sent me some extra fabric to make a hanging valance.Overall very good and would recommend.

Very sharp looking, lets light through while still providing complete privacy. Roller works well. I like this much better than the roman shade this replaced when that failed.My only complaint is someone had black oil on their fingers and despite the peel away plastic, there were some smudges on the actual frame. The black smudges didn't come off when I tried wiping it off with a wet paper towel first without soap nor with a little soap. Luckily it came right off with citrus cleaner (Goo Gone). With the smudges gone, it is perfect.
