I have the same problem , but I switch something in my routine, after my work out , I eat as soon I can,( this help to gain more muscles ) and then drink my protein , and I don’t have that problem again !!

Does it contain gluten?

I notice that it contains barley, which is a glutenous grain.

i had Cookie and cream, the taste is amazing, is very testy.. i full recommend, one of my best flavors. Love it.
