I purchased this smart fan and was using this since an year. I’m really satisfied with its performance. The fan itself is powerful and operates quietly, which is a big plus. The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly in my room.But I felt it a bit over pricy. Really bad service. Call Center have no idea of technicians. Service request is raised before product arrives and if technicians keep calling to schedule call. The technician came before the product was delivered and will charge to come again. Existing fan removal is charged extra.Fan is really bad. Makes noise when starting and stopping. Sometimes while stopping motor will feel like it is going to bring down the fan. Please avoid atomberg fans. Their power is also less than normal fans. Total waste of money. Got fooled by new age product and ordered for whole house . Could have gotten all 6 fans without remote for the cost of one atomberg fan

The media could not be loaded. Had a problematic experience before. (Fan was wobbling, had noise issues, etc). Raised issues a couple of times, and then Atomberg team replaced the fan with a new one as the previous one had some manufacturing defect, and all problems were fixed in the new one.Barring the inconvenience, which can happen with any fan/company, I'd rate the service great as well.After sales support is good.A bit more about the fan (I'll keep it short):1) Noise levels: 4.5★ (Around 53-55db) at boost speed2) Look and feel/ colour:5★3) Remote function: 4.5★ (expected sleep function which is available only via app)4) App: 5★ (Quick and effective)5) Alexa control: 5★ (Works great)6) Air flow: 5★ (Great even at speed 2/3 during normal monsoon)7) Weight: 5★ (Lightweight, ABS material)Overall it's great, although om the pricier side. Wooden teak finish looks great.Dust resistance: good. I didn't notice much dust accumulation in 2 months of usage.Note to the company: The downrod cover in some other models have cut marks to break off so that it fit in any ceilings, for any rod length.In this model it's not there. So technician had to manually cut it using hacksaw so that it fits correctly. (I verified the claim myself) So take this into future design considerations.
