Worked well in cinder block for me.

Great Solution for Mounting Items on Cinder Block Walls
Including the concrete drill bit and torx driver bit was extremely convenient. I used the screws to mount a pool cue rack on my basement cinder block wall. The installation was quick and easy. Probably overkill on the quantity but I have other applications in mind and friends that can use them.

Manufacturer Package-ing was poor
The product is fine, but the mfg packaging was poor. A box of 100 tapcon screws has some weight to them, yet the box is super thin and was open both at the top and the bottom. Screws were everywhere in the amazon box. UPDATE: After some consumption of these screws, I have had 3 break off in the concrete. (Yes the holes were plenty deep and blown out) and 2 screws had very little threads and therefore would not hold. Another screw held fine. I ordered Torx screws, have one phllips and 1 hex head screw in the box. Geez!
