I have been taking this supplement for a month and the results are amazing. My hair is not falling out as before, but the bonus is that my hair feels so good, thicker, softer and has a lovely shine. Arrived quickly, tablets are very small which is great if you have a problem taking them. Probably too early to say if they have made much of a difference to hair growth yet, though I think my hair has grown quite a bit since the last cut. My daughter pinched half of my tablets so I will need to restock sooner than first thought! Mothers beware!

Tub is smaller than I thought so easy to carry when I move around tablets are very small. However they do say food supplement on them which worried me because I'm hoping for skin/nail,hair improvement not weight & it means my parents will worry I'm on a stupid diet. Will update if there have been any results

After two months of using them, I started to feel like my face was numb now and then and my lips sometimes felt tingily like I had botox (Really weird) , the only thing I had changed in my routine was taking these tablets! So I stopped and since not taking them these symptoms have stopped! My nails did seem to grow quicker but I saw no improvement in my hair growth.

These tablets really work and are easy to take, I only wish I'd taken before and after pictures of my hair. I'm shocked at how much longer it's got in the last 6 weeks.

Small white pills very easy to swallow . Had the pills for a few weeks will not know the outcome for a few month's but appears to be working
