This is a soft pillow, but it’s not completely true. What they claiming to be. I still have neck issues.

Sometimes after drinking beer I get tired and I don't know what to do with my head. Then I go into the bedroom and I see this pillow just laying there. I think to myself, "what do I do with that?". What do I do with it?

It's an OK pillow. It seemed to work wonders the first night or two then it was almost as if it made my neck pain worse. I have it a few weeks as the manufacturer suggests but it didn't help. I ended up going back to my old pillow. I switch between the two when needed.

Read this til the end before buying. I ordered 2 pillows the first time for me and my wife. Both arrived brand new and sealed in a compressed bag. It took a few nights to get used to a new sleep position but once adapted, we really liked it. I recommended it to my mother using this same link. Her first pillow arrived in a bag in a box but the pillow was already expanded and she says it had what looked like a nose hair on it. She returned it and ordered another. Next one arrived in a bag inside of a box and expanded again. This time she says it looked like a drool stain and another hair on it. She returned it again. They asked me to order another and give it another chance because she has neck problems while sleeping. This time it arrived in an already expanded box but the pillow is just shoved in there and doesn't even have a bag. This is very disappointing. I like the pillows that my wife and I ordered that were shrunken in a sealed bag and brand new. I would not have recommended this if I knew that getting a used item was possible.

If you have upper shoulder or neck pain this is a must have. This pillow puts my head at the proper angle to relax my neck muscles and cradles my head. It keeps my head cool and it keeps its shape well. Wonderful product.

I would have given it a 5-star rating but the snap in the middle pulled through and the zipper on the bottom side of the casing broke the first night of use. Other than that the pillow itself is great. I have had shoulder pain for a while, my doctor suggested an orthopedic pillow. After a few nights using it my shoulder pain has gone away. I love it, but the case needs to be dealt with. If the manufacturer sees this please send me another one, case, not pillow. Great product!

It's memory foam, and just firm enough... I really do love this pillow.

I’ve used so many good brand pillows and always have problem waking up, my neck sores and not comfortable laying down, sometimes I just use folded towels for relief of how I want to set my head. So I saw this and I said, ok let me give it a try, and the best purchased I’ve made, very comfortable and my neck doesn’t hurt anymore when I wake up. I do recommend this pillow to anyone with back pain and neck pain. And some says the smell was horrible?! No it’s not, smell doesn’t bother me at all. Over all I loveeeee this pillow, it works for me and it’s not as expensive as the other brand sells double. Thanks!!!

I was in a very bad car crash and had terrible whiplash and this pillow is the best and I have used other cervical pillows before. The memory form is lovely and the best part is I can travel with it. It rolls up so small I can fit it easy in my carry in suitcase with whatever clothes I need for a 4day trip. Can’t say enough about how much I love this pillow. Great purchase and great price!

Not literally. Just the snap in middle won’t stay closed so kind of defeats the indentation design which is not good since that was the main reason I purchased my twentieth+ pillow. Given my medical conditions I must SIT to sleep much of the time and this is the best pillow I found thus far to use with my foam bed wedge. It has the centre indent that stabilized my head and the two side wings offer additional side stabilization and support. The cervical portion is adequate and ADJUSTABLE if you need softer less firm support you can remove a removable foam rectangle from bottom portion of the pillow about an inch in thickness and 12 inches in length. Made all the difference for me because the firmer mode caused pain on my arthritic vertebrae, anyway I recommend this product and no toxic smell at all. Smells fresh and memory foam is perfect density so no sagging and not too stiff so just right. To compensate for snap popping open I can stitch over it cris cross. Seconds to stitch and seconds to remove to wash. I Always place pillowcases over all my pillows, I use 2 or 3 so washing the cover a non issue, perhaps once a year, by hand and hang to dry so as not to damage.

I normally like very soft, plush pillows, but have been waking up lately with neck pain. I don't know if it's my sleeping position or the lack of support, but I decided to look for a firmer pillow and grabbed this memory foam cervical pillow right away when I saw how it was contoured and made for neck pain. I have to say that It is an absolute game-changer after having used it. It is also structured enough that it is supportive when I want to sit up to read in bed because I found that previously my soft feather pillows were not supportive enough for my back.The pillow looks funny when you first see it but one side is slightly higher than the other allowing you to choose the height you want your head positioned at. I actually like having the higher height right above my shoulders as I find it is more supportive and the indent in the pillow cradles my head perfectly. In the morning, I no longer have any neck pain and it has been the best pillow I've ever used!

The zipper broke 1 month after I started using this pillow

I was sceptical, but not anymore. I honestly didn’t think this would make much difference, but I really has. For month I have been playing a guessing game about if I would wake up with neck pain, or restricted movement. Over the past two week, nothing.The pillow has a dense structure, and I usually like a fluffy, soft pillow, but this is quite comfortable. It also fits in a standard pillowcase.It does have a smell for the first few days after it expands from it’s flat pack. But I just waited a few days and it was gone.I would get this again.
