This is a wonderful natural pain reliever and my famil and I use it whenever we feel pain like headaches, menstrual cramps, body aches and the like. Wished there was more in the package to be honest, it wasn't that much. Will be ordering a bigger size either from here or another seller.

This Halo Naturals Organic White Willow Bark is so much better than the reviews I read. This product is shredded so I didn't need to chop it at all. There were no chunks as reviews claimed. I imagine they were talking about another brand. It also appears to be very clean. I have made a tincture and a glycerite from it, and plan to make tea from it if I need something for pain before those are ready. This is a USA product made in Texas. It does say that it is made in a facility that also processes milk, egg, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts and soy, so if you have allergies to any of these beware.

I also use it as natural remedy for high fever.

I have found it to be potent. I've only used it once and that was actually topical, on top of oil with pain relieving ingredients. It worked very well.
