I've incorporated my morning walk into my daily routine, hopping on the treadmill for 30 minutes right after waking up. This hassle-free approach has helped me tremendously. It is a great way to listen to my podcasts as well.The results speak for themselves. Over the past two months, I've managed to increase my daily step count by around 7,000 steps per day. Along with the consistent routine, I've shed some pounds in the process. The media could not be loaded. This treadmill has been great for us for many reasons. Firstly, it is definitely a spacesaver. The platform is 50 inches by 20. It doesn’t have to be out at all times. When we aren’t using it we simply just push it under our bed. It’s the perfect piece of exercise equipment for smaller areas. It would be great in an apartment or even a dorm room. I love having it nearby in my bedroom. In the mornings I just slide it out from the bed and do my cardio while I watch tv. It is compact and slender. It is not big and bulky like other treadmills, it is very easy for me to maneuver. I also like that it operates as quietly as it does. I am able to use it without disturbing my children who are still asleep. I feel safe walking and jogging on this treadmill. The belt is made of a non-slip texture. The belt is also made of multiple layers which is nice for cushioning as I walk and not as hard on the joints of my knees. The speeds can easily be controlled. One other pro to this treadmill is that there is absolutely no assembly. It comes out of the box ready to use.

This treadmill is fantastic: 1. It was shipped very quickly with no damage. 2. Just like the review if not better. Size dimensions were accurate and it looks very sleek. 3. It is maneuverable and easy to store. 4. I work remotely and I feel like a healthier version of myself all for under $250! 5. It goes to quite a quick speed and efficiently. It’s almost running distance for me at speed 8. 6. It’s pretty quiet! You really aren’t able to hear this very far and I can take a work call via headphones and my clients won’t hear the treadmill. Overall, a great product!!

It’s a decent treadmill for the price. My only drawback was I kept accidentally stepping on the sides as it’s pretty narrow. It would be ideal for a smaller person with small feet.

I bought this at the insistence of my daughter in college who was home in between semesters. She’d recently nailed down her fitness routine which included lots of walking on grounds to attend classes. I was skeptical at first, but was pleasantly surprised at the performance and durability of this “walking pad” as my daughter refers to it. It’s essentially a basic treadmill and it’s perfect for a home gym. It isn’t the treadmill you’d expect at a gym franchise but it definitely gets the job done. Zero assembly required! It’s easy to move around and stores just as easily if you prefer. I use it at least 3-4 times a week outside of my regular fitness routine.

I was looking for a small, basic treadmill to replace a large, expensive one I left behind in our recent move to a new house. I never used all the features on my old one such as incline, ifit etc.. I walk outside all summer and fall but needed a new treadmill for winter, indoor walking. I was not disappointed when I received this one. It is lightweight, quiet and basic. All I want to do is walk and have the timer, speed increments and mileage displayed and this does just that. I can wheel it around to wherever I need it, but I have it in the basement and it stays in one spot. I don't use the remote control and I keep the handle in the upright position. I can set my tablet on that and watch something while I walk.All in all I would recommend this treadmill if you need something basic to just walk on w/o all the expensive bells & whistles.
