After being carted off to hospital unexpectedly in January, and having a fall last month - I decided to keep an "emergency hospital bag" packed with essentials to "grab and go," or for a neighbour to collect for me. My emergency bag is rather small, so I thought these tiny face towels would be ideal.I'm so glad to see they're individually wrapped. Unlike another brand, which has ditched the individual wrapping to be "green," and told me to keep all 100 towels in their jar til I needed to use them - I can slip a couple of these into my bag and know they'll keep clean and dry, ready for emergency use at some unplanned future time. (In fact, I'd packed three within 1/4 hour of their delivery ☺️.)The towels are truly minute before use. Smaller than a boiled sweet. Barely larger than my thumb nail, and not as deep as my thumb! They are also really quite small when expanded (but just large enough for their intended purpose), and feel like a J-cloth. But infinitely better than trying to wash my face with either a disintegrating soggy paper towel, or the hand towel the hospital provided me with to dry myself.I was so excited when the parcel was delivered that I rushed straight off to try one of the towels. It was like watching a child's magic toy grow in the basin 😂. The texture was not unpleasant to wash my face, and sufficiently strong for the task - though I wouldn't expect it to last more than a couple of uses.For emergencies, I can recommend these. Not too many in the pack, either: 100 would feel like a waste; 40 feels enough not to have to worry about running out unexpectedly.

Love these, pop a couple in the handbag or take on holiday useful for all sorts !

Bought this for my hen do's favour bags, so my friends can use them to wipe out the clay mask. It works really well and is very compact. Very good for this purpose.

Got these as emergency precaution. Not used any yet so can’t say how absorbant they are.
