Unable to fill with butane and will only ignite for a few seconds.
Received a replacement and it works perfectly. Thank you!!!I like the look, feel and size. But no matter how long I try and pump butane into this it will only stay lit for a few seconds. Then will not reignite until I try adding more butane, so something is not working correctly. Very disappointing. I wanted to reach out to the seller before living a bad review, but could not navigate around the Amazon chatbot. If someone wants to reach out and tell me what I am doing wrong and the product works like it should, I am happy to write an update.I have a much cheaper one of these that cost $10 called Legendary Chief and it works great. Just hate the color, lol.

Versatile and Powerful
Love this! Little flame or BIG flame! Much more functional than the old one. Easy to handle and fill.

Does what it says
It doesn't come with butane, as the description states. I found it a little hard to fill (but that is my personal problem). My husband filled it easily. Works great on creme brulee or meringue. It is not meant for searing meat or kabobs of fondue toppings. Only made for quick applications. Price is good and has safety features (as described). Well packaged and good instructions.

GREAT QUALITY
Feels good, looks good, works good. I like it. I’ve always used Bernzomatic torches and they SUCK. Child safety switch is hard to use, they break just shy of a year EVERYTIME. It’s just a crap product to use. This one however, is user friendly. Just pull the trigger and lite.

Great choice!
This works very well, we are quite pleased with it overall -- and for the price, especially, would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great kitchen or cocktailing torch!

For 3D prints. Upgrade from HF Torch
I’ve been on the hunt for a small torch to clean up fine stringing on my 3D prints, and this one is a total game-changer. What I love most is that it shuts off as soon as you release the trigger—so much safer and easier to use compared to my old cheap Harbor Freight torch. That one technically still works, but I never felt comfortable using it because you need two hands to turn it off. This new torch, though? Solid build, high-quality feel, and super simple: press the trigger, zap the stringing, let go, and you’re done. If you’re into 3D printing (or just need a reliable torch for other projects), I’d say this is absolutely worth it!

Great but some big flaws
This torch is overall really nice. I love the dual flame feature, the trigger-style ignition, the build quality and so on. I also got it at a great price of about half what it usually goes for from the cheap makers (I think it may have been a pricing error as the price jumped up a lot the next day). However, there are two big flaws. 1) The flame adjustment is incredibly touchy and not easy to operate one-handed. You go from a weak flickering flame to a raging inferno with 0.1mm of movement (exaggerating a bit). 2) Something about the refilling port causes the butane to shoot out whenever refilling it. I've tried Calibri and Ector refills. I saw on another product that the maker recommends, I think, Xibar fuel, so I'll try that. But I think something is defective in the unit or incorrectly designed. And yes, I followed the refilling directions exactly and also have never had this happen ever with any other lighter or torch.Edited to add: I read a review on another lighter that mentioned the o-ring was missing around the refill port (it makes a seal against the butane refill canister). Sure enough, the lighter of this type also seemed to be missing an o-ring. I stole one off a cheap refillable, and now at least the refilling problem is solved.
