This cream sounds like it promises too much but may not be able to deliver. Happily, I can say that it works beautifully. The cream is non greasy, quickly absorbed, long lasting, with little fragrance. It is easy to apply. Great value. While all those things are really good, the real joy of this product is that with continued use, it will lessen if not completely remove hot flashes from your life. I used the cream twice a day. A pea sized amount was all it took. I do recommend to rotate where you apply the cream, but that is really the main caveat. Just give it a try. You have little to lose, but so much to gain. No more feeling like you will spontaneously combust. It helps the emotional regulation too. So yeah, I love this product.

Found out I was having peri-symptoms last year (stiff shoulders, bladder leaks, itchy ears, cold flashes, etc.) Doctors didn’t believe me but after I started using this cream, symptoms went away after 2 days!!! God sent!! I started HRT a couple weeks later (3 months now) but I still use the cream to help keep the symptoms away while my estrogen builds back up. Great product, only need a small amount, not greasy, blends in well, can’t tell you have it on after it dries, no skin irritation and it absorbs quickly. I recommend to anyone and hope it works for you just as well.

This product works. On the first night of use, my night sweats stopped. My joint aches stopped. I was the happiest sleeper ever! However, you should all know that while this product is marketed as a ‘natural bioidentical estrogen cream,' that labeling is misleading. The ingredients are plant‑based phytoestrogens (like wild yam and herbal extracts), which are not bioidentical to human estrogen. Bioidentical estrogen must be chemically identical to estradiol or estriol, and that requires lab processing — it does not occur naturally in plants. Wild yam does not convert to estrogen in the body. The cream may still offer mild benefits for some people like me, but it should not be advertised as bioidentical estrogen.

I am 39 years old with no health insurance. I just recently started going through perimenopause symptoms quite abruptly. It was literally like a flip of a switch. Hot flashes, anxiety,insomnia, sudden bladder issues including a UTI where I had never had such issues before, and more. Since then I have had to do a lot of deep internet diving on my own, researching what was happening and why, and what options I had as an alternate for prescription based treatment. I found this product after learning about bioidentical hormone treatment, and that this can replace the estrogen in your body, as all of my symptoms were pointing to a drop in estrogen. Best of all, the knowledge that trans-dermal application (skin absorption) bypasses all of the potential health risks that oral hormone replacements can have. This actually works. Not only does it work for me, but it started working within about two days of twice a day applications. The anxiety and hot flashes disappeared, my appetite returned, and I feel -normal- on this lotion. Like before I started perimenopause. In fact, I felt so normal, that recently I tried to see if I could get away with skipping a few days of this lotion as I was afraid of getting an estrogen dominance in my system, (I have just now started using a bioidentical form of progesterone to prevent that) It didn't take long at all for my body to revert back to clown show status from being off of it, so I went right back to my established working protocol, and have since re-stabilized my happy zone. This truly has been a life saver. While I use a different product, applied directly to the area for my bladder/vaginal related issues (estriol cream), this Vigority has fixed all of my other issues relating to anxiety, hot flashes, insomnia, and brain focus issues. I'm only knocking off one star because the product is very vague about application instructions, and does not even list what type of estrogen compound this bioidentical product is trying to replicate. Is it estradiol for example, the strongest form of estrogen? Or is it estriol? There are differences and it is important to know which type.

This is a great lotion formulation -- no fragrance, quick absorption. However there are no instructions for how much to use or where to use it. So, I put on a quarter-sized amount split between my inner forearms twice daily. Am I getting relief from any symptoms? After two months of use...I don't think so. Is this a good lotion, anyhow? Sure, it moisturizes well. I wish the manufacturer was more transparent about the ingredients, too, because I'm not sure what is supposed to be the "bioidentical estrogen" in the formulation.

Really like this stuff!! After using about 6 weeks, I have noticed my facial hair / Whiskers have diminished a lot! Noticed a slight difference in skin texture and fine lines have decreased. Will continue to purchase.

I absolutely love this cream—it truly works! I use a small, dime-sized amount on my thigh right after I shower and let it fully absorb before getting dressed. I’ve noticed such an amazing difference in how my body feels overall. I was even struggling with sleep, but since using this cream at night, I’ve been sleeping so much better—like a baby! Definitely a game changer for me.

So glad I found this cream. I am in my 70's and feeling as if my body is shriveling up (especially the formerly naughty bits!). I work out religiously and eat a nutritious, low carb vegetarian diet with added supplements, faithfully apply mineral sunscreen, but still see the ravages of time relentlessly turning my body into a shriveled prune. In addition to the humiliation of an aging body, prickly dark hairs started sprouting around my mouth. Plucking them out daily is a task I don't relish, but endure with yet another long-suffering sigh. Out of desperation, seeking to find a self-help way to restore some semblance of normal sexual function (yes, even us oldies still appreciate physical pleasure), I scrolled listlessly through Amazon and .... lo! I found this product!. This cream is wonderful. It is made from plant ingredients, absorbs readily, has a very light scent and leaves my face feeling soft and hydrated. I just use a tiny amount with my regular moisturizer, but already (it's only been a couple of weeks) find that my face is smoother and the facial hairs have significantly diminished. As another reviewer has warned - don't use on your eyebrows, unless you think they are too thick! I haven't been using it for very long, so not sure if it's having a significant effect on my other issues, but I've had a pretty good week or so, energy and sleep wise (the latter being a big issue for me) and can't say conclusively whether it's the placebo effect or not.. Time will tell, as will a future update to this review. Forgot to mention: Awesome customer service, they'll respond to any comments or questions pronto!

I received the cream quickly and just few hours after application surprisingly I didn’t wake up with night sweat. The first application was at the bedtime. Then during the day I got only two hot flashes but not as strong like usually. Today it’s my 4 day of therapy and to my amazement I had only couple of hot flashes not like beg every 30 minutes. So I’m summary the cream works well. I’ll combine tonight both progesterone and estrogen cream for 21 days and stop for 7 and repeat the cycle. I’ll update my review after 3 weeks. I’m hoping this review will help Update!!! After a week of using the hot flashes and night sweats came back. Have to do a blood test and see how is my estrogen level. The only good thing right now taking the cream is that the hot flashes aren’t as severe as I used to have and less then I used to have. In one word the cream works a tiny bit. I’ve read that also if the magnesium levels are low the hot flashes will increase so I trying to replenish the good levels because I’m on keto diet second year now to prevent weight gaining. I got an offer from the seller to get a free gift but the link doesn’t work it doesn’t recognize my order number. I’ll see if I’ll order it again.
