Q: Do you think this would work for me to discretely keep my diabetes testing stuff in? Small lancets, alcohol wipes, test strips tiny containers..?

I think these might work nicely for that. I have 2 of these & haven’t really had a chance to use them yet but can see how they could work for multi purposes. I bought them with that in mind...as something small I could put in a purse for organizing items that might otherwise get lost in a purse, backpack or travel bag. The ones I got are cute & made well!

Q: will a set of epi pens fit?

Yes, as long as they are just normal epi pens. The zippered cloth section could probably hold 2-4 pens plus a few extra small items. The clear zippered pocket is thinner so 1-2 pens would fit there too. Hope this helps.

Q: Can this be used for a sunglass case?

I would say, yes this could be used for a sunglass case. It would not fit any oversized sunglasses. I placed a smaller pair of Kate Spade sunglasses in the case and they fit with room to spare. The case is longer than the sunglass case that came with the glasses (about 2 inches). But this would still work if that is what you want to use it for.

Q: Could this fit silverware?

The pouch is about 8 inches long. I just checked a butter knife and it was definitely too long to fit.
