- Ingredients
- (for one chalet with figures)
- 2 small eggs
- 400 g plain flour (00)
- 80 g icing sugar
- 100 g moderately warmed honey
- ľ tbsp soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Mix all the ingredients together and knead into dough; leave the dough to develop for at least 2 hours in the fridge (it may be left there for up to 14 days). Roll out into a 2-3 mm thick layer and cut the individual parts of the chalet. Lightly smear the baking sheet with fat or use the baking foil DELÍCIA; smear the gingerbread with egg yolk and bake at 150 °C until brown. Leave to cool down and then assemble following the instructions.
