I got this alarm clock because my iPhone alarm kept deciding to not go off when I had early morning classes. This clock has been a total lifesaver and has helped my overall quality of sleep! There’s a lot of color options and you can easily adjust the brightness depending on the vibe you want. There are over a dozen sound options too! I use the brown noise before bed every night and it is amazing to take on trips if you need pink, white, or brown noise to sleep. You can adjust the volume to your liking so every aspect isn’t too much or too little. The clock display brightness can be individually adjusted as well so you don’t have to settle for the clock being too bright and the color being too dim. If you don’t want the light or sound on for the entire night, there’s a timer that goes up to 180 minutes so it can turn off automatically without touching your alarm! The sunrise aspect is awesome! The alarm sounds are not overstimulating or loud, but just enough to wake you up. The brightness does get pretty bright by the time your alarm goes off, but you can adjust the length of time you want the sunrise to start before your alarm. I have mine set to begin 15 minutes before my alarm, so it gets brighter quicker. If you had it begin 30-45 minutes before your alarm, it’ll take longer for it to rise. It’s a wonderful way to wake up in the morning and I highly suggest getting this clock if you wanted a cheaper alternative to the Hatch alarm clock!

This clock can do it all! For the price, the amount of features this alarm clock has is wild! There are lots of options for sounds for the alarms as well as noises to fall asleep to. You can adjust the volume, the amount of light and the color of the lights. It can also be programmed to slowly turn the light on before your scheduled alarm sounds! I bought this clock because of the issues with the iPhone update bugs that are happening and it’s relieved my stress of oversleeping while also getting to wake up gently! It’s light weight and made of a plastic material. It’s not super large so it doesn’t take up too much space on my nightstand either!

It's a nice-looking clock for the price. As others have mentioned, it has several lights and sounds. The wake-up light is a great feature, and the sound quality is decent. The only thing I wish it had was a slower volume increase on the alarm sound. The theory is that it doesn't jolt you awake. I found that it starts at a low volume, but rises to its regular volume in about five seconds. I would have preferred a much more gradual volume increase - in the 20 to 30 second range. That said, it's a good alternative to your phone or "regular" alarm clock.

Okay, so this isn't the alarm that gets me out of bed, but I do love it. I'd seen it online a few times and I liked the idea of "getting a sunrise" to help regulate your nervous system, especially if you have to get up before the actual sun. My work schedule has me up between 2am and 4am every day, so I was hoping this would help me. The answer is actually yes. After weeks of using it (with alarm sounds), I set it this morning with no sound, just the light, and I did end up waking up around the same time that it lit up. So that seems to be working more than I anticipated it would! I also absolutely love all the extra features it has. I fall asleep with the thunder going and a blue light most nights, sometimes the water one is nice. I can see how it would be useful for kids, too -- there are different sounds that a baby might find comforting, and the light can be adjusted to be really bright or pretty dim. I keep mine pretty dim, because I don't necessarily need the light to fall asleep. The sound is really clear. It was easy to set up, and it stays on your settings if unplugged or you have a brief power outage. So far, I am in love with this. It's exactly what I was looking for and it's extremely helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The plastic feels nice to the touch, and all the settings are intuitive. It works very well as a night lamp and helps with waking up. The alarm music is a bit too depressing for my taste, so I use my phone for the alarm and the lamp just for the light. Also important — it’s possible to change brightness of the clock from bright to non-visible, which is great.

My wife has issues falling asleep and this has helped her get to sleep quickly.

Really like this alarm clock. It’s easy to set up and operate. I don’t use the white noise options, but I love being woken by the sound of birds and a little light as I need to be up before sunrise everyday. It does the job and is reasonably price. Only downfall is, I wish it had a second alarm. That would be really handy on the weekends. My previous alarm clock had this function and now I don’t have it, I realise how much I actually used it.
