I get headaches that are throbbing and I have to stay still to avoid the pain. This “hat” if you will, allows me to continue to do things even if I have a headache. I keep mine in the fridge (freezer was too cold) and throw it on when I need. I can pull it all the way down to cover my eyes if I’m laying in bed, or I can have it above my eyes if I’m still trying to do things. The compression and the cold are just heavenly. I only wish the cold would last longer and that it came with a bag to better store the hat in the fridge/freezer. Definitely worth the money!

I love this silly little hat so much. I’ve had chronic migraines for nearly a decade & when I get a really bad one my only solution is to lay in a dark room with an ice pack & a bunch of advil. The compression + cold of this brings instant relief and since it covers my eyes I can sit in a normal room and have a conversation! It is too cold when it first comes out of the freezer, but I just lay it on top of a towel on my head until it’s warmed up enough to put it on. I find it lasts for about 20 mins once I put it on, so I’ll be buying a couple more of them to cycle.Edit June 28th 2023: I bought another two of these so there’s always at least one in the freezer & I use them pretty much every day, especially before I go to bed. It’s so relaxing and soothes my headaches so well!! After thousands of dollars spent on medical tests to find no reason for my migraines, this was a much better use of money, even for temporary relief!

Tried this item for my husband who gets really bad headaches. This has been wonderful. Nice and soft and flexible unlike most ice packs. Stays cool for 20 min or so but cools down again quickly in the freezer. We love it so much we bought a second one.

I get migraines pretty often and I love using an ice pack and some sort of pressure on my head to help. Normally I just use a pillow and set it on top of me. I wanted something like this, all around ice pack and had compression. This fit the bill, or so I thought. The ice around it is amazing! No complaints there. It's super soft. I can't say how long the coldness lasted but it lasted long enough. I typically use the ice packs to help go to sleep. It's super comfortable to sleep in.My only complaint with this is I wish it had just a hair of more compression. I even ordered the smaller size.

I work night shift and often come home with a headache. I leave it in the fridge and put it on right before I go to sleep and it has worked wonders for my headaches! It may not be advertised to aid in helping you sleep, but it’s pretty calming/relaxing & I couldn’t recommend a product more!

I regularly get migraines due to no sleep and stress and everytime I'd get one all I want is something cool and "tight" around my head, that would keep things dark and put pressure on all the right spots of my head. This mask is an absolute must have!!

Works way better then I expected. Whenever I have a headache I’ll throw this on and lay down and usually within 30 minutes it’s gone. I don’t put it in the freezer or fridge, the gel is cool enough for me at room temp.

Works great for headaches or even when I am feeing overstimulated. love the compression, the fridge worked better for me then the freezer as it was too cold.

Not the same as shown in images. Its not 360. Even gel doesnt hold cold temperature for long.

Lo que más me ha gustado es que me cubre toda la cabeza y los ojos . Que esta fresco sin me tenerlo en congelador aún que yo lo tengo en frío.Es cómodo de poner a pesar de ser un gorro totalmente cerrado porque es muy flexible y se adapta bien .Algo muy bueno no desprende olor ninguno yo lo agradezco.Por decir algo negativo en las manos es muy pesado el gorro pero en la cabeza no se nota tanto el peso que tiene el gorro .

I find ice packs help me when I have a headache or a migraine attack but the frustrating thing is constantly having to hold them up or find they're great in one spot but I could really do with another ice pack on another part of my head.I was sceptical of many of the migraine caps out there, so was very careful when selecting which one to purchase. I'm so glad I got this one, it doesn't take long to cool in the fridge but for extra boost the freezer gives you SUPER icy relief, almost too much to begin with, but it is WONDERFUL at the back of my head. I keep it in the bag that it came in so that the hat doesn't absorb any smells from the fridge.
