Quality gripper
They may be a little squeaky to begin with, but I applied some vaseline and it's good to go!

Best grippers on the market
Been building up the collection of COC. Guide (G), Sport (S) and Trainer (T) and all good for warm up or high reps, the 0.5 is the first one that becomes challenging to close fully. (31yo Male decent grip strength but limited by small hands)

High quality build, no issues def the gold standard of grippers

Last a lifetime +
These are expensive but you will be able to leave them to your grand children. I started with the 1.5. Thinking I can deadlift 140kg with out straps, could I touch handles together, not a chance. 3 grippers later 0.5 could just touch handles, not easy.

Solid strength equipment
Excellent piece of strength kit. Have noticeable strength increases after a few weeks from pinch gripping heavy plates around the gym. Deadlift grip is tighter. Highly recommended. Very well made and heavy-duty.

Simply the best
Having used a number of grippers the Captains of Crush are worthy of their reputation as the Gold Standard.Perfectly constructed and great to use, i'd be surprised if these don't last a life time.

0.5 is harder than it sounds
I love this gripper! I lift heavy stuff at work and I am in no way weak (washing machines are no problem for me on my own) but the 0.5 gripper was tough to close to begin with. It is all about technique and I saw on youtube a load of grip strength tutorials. Jujimufu has a brilliant one with professional strongmen and they unlock the hand placement for beginners like me.

Excellent
Make sure you buy the correct strength, ranges from the Guide at 60 lb to No4 at 365 lb .
