I use it in my baking pans instead of oil or disposable parchment paper. It works well to put in the pans to fast freeze food before putting it in long-term storage.

Been using it for past 4-5 weeks, Must needed product, previously I need to clean entire surface for mixing dough and rolling them. But this baking sheet is non-sticky and I place it in dishwasher after my work is done making my things easy. Quality is top notch. It's worth the cost.
