Perfect Draft Pro failed after 4 months…issue resolved!
Update: My issue has been resolved..I would appreciate in the future better communication and faster response.While I understand it was a busy period of year Christmas without beer wasn’t fun.The machine broke down after 4 months with very light use.The replacement failed again after 7 months and customer service is completely unresponsive now . I believe £300 for a machine that lasted less than a year is a complete ripoff. There is no telephone number where you can speak with them so if they ghost you is not much you can do.Unacceptable!
