CSI Linux: Investigator's Starting Guide Paperback – March 27, 2023

Familiar with Kali, Parrot, SIFT Workstation and REMnux. Seriously considering going with CSI Linux for the features, training and certificates as it seems to have the best path forward. This book's content and depth were great. Only gripe is that I like to highlight key points and some pages wouldn't allow that.

Mr. Martin exceeds himself in this book. This is a must for anyone in cyber security doing source intelligence investigations.If you are really meant for cyber security and your mind is geared towards that your own ideas will begin to flourish as you read this book.Mr. Martin is a talent to anyone who meets him. He is a great mentor and he listens and he makes you think.Another job well done.

I am a huge fan of CSI Linux. I have earned all 4 certifications currently offered by CSI Linux. I ordered this book because I wanted to have the official manual for the distro and to also support them. This book is an excellent resource to have whether you may be studying for the CSIL-CI exam or just want to have it on hand for any troubleshooting while using the distro.

I used this book to learn about CSI Linux while taking the CSI Linux Certified Investigator course. I read the book, passed my certification exam, and earned 40 hours of continuing professional education. This book is essential if you want to learn about CSI Linux.

You will 5X your investigation capabilities by aligning the reading with your desire to connect the dots with the easy to use tools.
