Another issue is that the protector sits above your screen with the blackout area laying on the phone so that there is some tiny gap between the protector and phone screen which creates mirror effect increases reflections and significantly degrades black screen. ### ⭐ Very 'meh' *by B***Y on Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2018* There is a reason this isn't available anymore.I ordered this several months ago and just got around to installing it (otherwise I'd return it).Pros:1) It's better than nothing.Cons:Worst 'tempered glass' screen protector I've used.1) I guess it's glass? I want to say it's plastic, but maybe it's just a crappy thin glass...2) Adhesive is only around the edges so this isn't going to hold very long3) (caused by 2 most likely) This thing just kind of 'floats' above the screen. You can very much tell it isn't in contact with the surface of the phone. It's like looking at an old lcd where the touch panel wasn't fused to the display. Kind of parallax effect.I swear when I ordered it the reviews were mostly positive... And I seem to recall not seeing the giant black border around the whole thing (the box doesn't have the border either). Oh well. You live, you learn.
